Cycle to Cannes 2009 Blessed with unseasonably dry weather and a tail wind, 63 cyclists made the trip to Cannes. Of these, a record 6 completed the entire 1500km distance. On arrival in Cannes, Mayor of London Boris Johnson congratulated the cyclists outside the Palais before receiving the relay baton on the London Stand inside MIPIM. The ride generated a recession busting £130,000 for charitable causes.

Ediston Cycle to Cannes 2007 52 riders set out from Calais for Cannes on Friday 9th March. We arrived at MIPIM on Tuesday 13th. The baton, which was passed from team to team, was presented to Deputy Mayor of London Nicky Gavron on the Pipers London Stand at MIPIM by rider David Lunts. The riders raised a total of £275,000 form a wide variety of sponsors including our major name supporter Ediston.
Cycle to Cannes 2006 17 riders completed the Calais to Cannes ride in this the first year. We had no rolling road closure, one bus (which we also slept in) and a camper van for support. The weather was atrocious in northern France with snow, sleet, rain and temperatures that froze water bottles solid. We raised £110,000 for our charities.
